Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders to all US states and territories, as well as 100 other countries. All orders are shipped within 5-10  Business Days of ordering (Monday-Friday) becouse we need some times for sewing. Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping (unless you select to expedite). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will notify you of the carrier and the shipment tracking number. Standard delivery USA(7-10 days), Europe 7-30 days, Other (30-50 days)
  • We also offer express delivery to USA (5-7 business days), Europe (4-7 business days), other countries (7-15 working days)

    ORDER ARRIVAL

     

  • Arrival time is an estimate and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. We'll do our best to ship your order as soon as possible so it can be delivered in a timely manner.
  • TAXES AND DUTIES

     

  • All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Genuine People has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
  • We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Genuine People. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. If a shipment is refused from Genuine People due to taxes and duties unpaid, the carrier will discard your package and a refund will not be issued .

  • All items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. The exact exchange rate is determined by the bank that issued your credit card and reflects the daily exchange rate.
